Maintaining your E.Y pieces is of utmost importance. 

We recommend removing your jewellery prior to engaging in any activities that can lead to direct contact with moisture, chemicals and friction to maintain shine and prolong life.
With the correct care and attention your Exclusively You pieces will last and scintillate for longer.

GOLD (WHITE, YELLOW & ROSE)

Clean your jewellery with a cotton tip or a very soft cloth to remove any dust and dirt. This will help restore its scintillation and brilliance. Plated pieces can be prone to oxidation, so we recommend removing them before you swim, shower, or apply lotion, makeup, or perfume. To minimize scratches, store your piece in your Exclusively You pouch or compartment of your jewellery box.

925 STERLING SILVER

Avoid exposing your sterling silver piece to chlorinated water and to cleaning products that contain bleach. Use a soft jewellery cloth to clean your sterling silver piece. To minimize scratches, store it in your Sincere Sally pouch or in a separate compartment in your jewellery box. 

ETHICALLY SOURCED DIAMONDS

Clean your diamond piece with warm water every day to retain its brilliance or soak in a gentle degreasing solution (we recommend water with a few drops of mild dish soap). After soaking, use a soft toothbrush to remove any remaining dirt.

REPAIRS

Exclusively You highly recommends using a professional to access any damages and required repairs to your pieces.
